General Description
Features
5V~30V input voltage range
The G5997 is current mode DC/DC controller that
drives up to 12 strings connected in parallel configura-
tion with multiple LEDs in each string connected in se-
ries. External current sense resistor and slope com-
pensation resistor make it flexible for various applica-
tions. PWM dimming is implemented with external
PWM input signal or DC input signal. The dimming fre-
quency can be programmed by an external setting ca-
pacitor.

TQFN5X5-28 Package

and TQFN5X5-28 package.
