Features
Low ON-State Resistance 0.75Ω at 4.5V

The G3208 is a low on-resistance, dual channel SPDT
(Single-Pole/Double-Throw) analog switch that oper-
ates from a 2.25V to 5.5V supply. The device offers an
excellent ON-resistance matching, and low total har-
monic distortion (THD) performance. The device is
designed for fast switching speeds with the break-
before-make feature to prevent signal distortion during
the transferring of signal from one channel to another.
These features make this device suitable for portable
audio applications. The G3208 has a separate logic
supply pin (VIO) that is characterized to operate from
1.65V to 1.95V. VIO powers the control circuitry, which
allows the G3208 to be controlled by 1.8V signals.
